SILVER FOR HANS BECKING AND TXELL FIGUERAS IN THE CATALUNYA BIKE RACE

This past weekend took place the 5th edition of the Catalunya Bike Race, an individual race with a total of three stages that runs along the trails of Puigcerdà, a territory in the Catalan Pyrenees ideal for enjoying mountain biking.
On this occasion the BUFF-Megamo Team participated this weekend with Hans Becking, Hugo Drechou and Txell Figueras.
After 158km and a total accumulated elevation gain of 4106m+ Hans Becking took second place in the overall classification. Becking was on the podium in all three stages, while Hugo Drechou, winner of the second and third stage, finally obtained a fourth place overall.
In the women's classification, Txell Figueras did an extraordinary job, taking second place in the overall classification. After a hard work in each of the different stages, Txell returns home with the silver medal.
